Mobile advertising for newbies white paper

    Mobile advertising for newbies

The second of the ‘Mobile advertising for newbies’ white papers is in the works.  Written by Peggy Anne Salz, of MSearchGroove, it will look at banner ad campaigns in three mobile social networks – BuzzCity, Itsmy and Peperoni.

These three different networks have millions of users each, from many different countries around the world.

It’ll be really interesting to see how each addresses  two important  requirements for advertisers – how do I improve the targeting of my message, yet control spending to reduce waste?

Each campaign will be analyzsed using Bango’s mobile analytics to see how well they delivered the targetting we were after.

We’ll also take a look at the ad network’s own analytics on page impressions, click-thru rates, cost per click and expenditure.  How will the click-through numbers compare with Bango’s own results?

As before, all the results will be detailed on the Mobislim blog where you can also log into the Demo account to see the stats for yourself.

The white paper is due to be published in time for Mobile World Congress in February. If you didn’t get your own copy of the first ‘Mobile advertising for newbies’ white paper, it’s not too late.  Download from here.
